Pamukkale: Town Of Cotton Mountains | Ancient Hierapolis

I didn’t hear of Pamukkale until friends mentioned the urge to take a trip to the cotton hot springs. Obviously, the description of the springs caught my attention and before you knew it, my friend and I were on our way to Pamukkale. Thank goodness I found out about this place before I left Turkey or I would’ve kicked myself in the face for leaving the country without visiting this natural wonder.

Stopping In Izmir | On My Way To Ephesus

While living abroad in Istanbul, my friend and I decided to take a little side trip to Izmir and make our way down to Ephesus.

In a nutshell, I really didn’t like Izmir. Izmir is just another city – tall buildings, crowded streets, and nothing much after that. Sure it has its little gems, but it wasn’t for me. I’m so happy we stayed one night.

Istanbul: City Of Majesty

When deciding where to go for my study abroad semester, I knew I wanted to go to a country that barely spoke English, was away from the western world, and a place that will open me to a different lifestyle. That’s how ended up in Istanbul and I completely fell in love with the city.

So for those planning on visiting this beautiful city, here is my advice and experience on visiting the most touristy Istanbul places, which I hope will help.
